What you will learn:

You'll learn the role and responsibilities of field operatives across the copper, fibre, and hybrid access networks that deliver broadband and telephony services to homes and businesses. The course describes the various tasks you as a field operative may undertake with a focus on safe working practice and explains the key components you'll encounter on the job.
