PTT’s online course SRD: “Telecoms networks and services” provides a comprehensive introduction to the role, structure and capabilities of modern telecommunications networks and the facilities of telecommunication services offered to residential and business customers.

This interactive course is suitable for technical personnel joining the telecoms sector especially those in an apprenticeship.

The course has recently been revised to include the latest developments affecting telecommunications networks and services.
