This online course describes what broadband, mobile, and telephone services provide in terms of facilities and capabilities, how customers experience them, and what the key terms mean in plain language. It gives front-line staff the knowledge they need to handle customer queries accurately and professionally.

This course does not assume any prior knowledge of telecommunications. A technology background is also not necessary to benefit from this course.
