Print out your own certificate

When you have completed a learntelecoms course you can print out your own certificate of achievement from within the course program. This certificate shows your name, the title of the studied course, a summary of the results of the question sessions, the time spent studying the course, and an awarded grade.


Or order a special signed certificate of achievement

When you order a course you can optionally purchase a copy of your certificate printed on special paper and signed by PTT's Managing Director. This will be posted to you when you complete the course. To be able to receive the certificate you will need to have an Internet connection so we can verify your results in our Learning Management System.

PTT's learntelecoms e-learning courses are designed to be standalone. They provide all the information you need to achieve a course's stated learning objectives without the need for printed materials. However, it is re-assuring to know that you can, if required, have one-to-one contact with a subject expert to answer any questions that may arise when you are studying a course.

With the online tutor support facility, a subject expert will answer your questions about the content of a licensed course for 3 months from the date you buy the course licence. Your tutor will respond within 48 hours of receiving a question. Please note: tutor support is available to purchasers of personal licences only.

If you have purchased a licence to study the course online with tutor support, then PTT's Learning Management System (LMS) will allow you to post your questions and read the tutor's replies.

For CDROM users, we will provide the email address and name of your nominated tutor.

In all PTT e-learning courses, the meaning of technical words can be displayed with just a click of the mouse on the underlined word. These on-screen definitions are also available in French and Dutch for many of our courses. The summaries at the end of each chapter can also be displayed in one of these alternative languages.
