PTT online telecommunications training courses form part of the innovative, award-winning BT apprenticeship scheme.
Operating in more than 170 countries, BT is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions and services and is the UK's second largest employer of apprentices.
BT has taken a blended learning approach to its apprenticeship programme which consists of a combination of workshops, online courses and college work. Apprentices also benefit from on-the-job training and hands-on practical experience.
PTT's e-learning courses support the attainment of the technical certificate part of the programme. By giving a more prominent role to online learning, BT is able to reduce the time its employees are away from their workplace while giving them more control over their learning.
